Come check out
the new Northern Colorado Flea Market, located in Pierce, Colorado! We are
positioned at the corner of Highway 85 and Main Street in Pierce, Colorado, which is just a 20-minute drive North of Greeley
(see the map pasted below! As we've already done on Saturday, August 9th, we
will be offering FREE admission for shoppers, as well as FREE spacious sales spaces for all interested vendors!! If the second sales day proves to be
even more successful as the first one we just held on August 9th, we will continue to add more announced sales dates, and
continue to expand! Unless we announce otherwise, the only dates we’ll
be giving away FREE vendor sales spots will be on August 9th and 16th!
In the future, we plan on charging only $20.00 per sales spot (Compare to other flea market spots that are usually
only 12 X 18 feet, with the
shorter end being the ONLY one exposed to your customers!). By charging for vendor
spots in the future, we can expand our spending for advertising and promotions of our sales dates, location, etc.
We are asking that our vendors all be open and ready
for business from between 8am and 3pm on 8/16, and on all future dates! If our
sales dates continue to prove to be successful for both our shoppers and vendors, we’ll post and promote additional
sales dates as well, while the Colorado weather permits us to do so this season. If THIS
season is successful, we have plans on coming back even stronger next year, too, to give Northern Colorado shoppers
and vendors a flea market alternative in THIS area of our beautiful state!
Last, we are also creating a web site to help promote
this new flea market concept in Northern Colorado, and it will eventually help to promote not only this new fun sales event,
but it will help drive business to our regular vendors, too! Those vendors on
our regular email list will soon receive the customized web address which will show them a web site that gives basic information,
along with the names, products, and contact information of all of our regular vendors who are interested in having this information
posted in this way. Potential shoppers can not only know in advance what some
of the items for sale on Saturdays will be, but they will eventually also know which specific sales spots each advance-paid
vendor is located on, too! Further, if the vendors choose to also post their
contact information on our site, potential customers might also continue to do business all year-round, too! If we have enough vendors opt to include their contact information on our web site, then we plan to pay
for continuous running newspaper ads as well, to help drive customers to our web site.
